Which company is responsible for the renovation?
Once we have connected you with the fitters, you will be able to compare quotes and make a decision based on your own criteria. Once you have decided which builder to go with, your renovation agreement will be with them directly. We find that projects involving additional parties can create confusion and have an adverse effect on the job.
Do you offer project management during the job?
Unfortunately we do not offer this service as it’s not something that most of our customers are interested in.
Who offers warranty on workmanship?
Warranties are provided by your chosen contractor. All our contractors offer a one-year warranty on their workmanship.
How much does a full renovation cost?
Full renovation costs vary, but typically range from £12,000 to £15,000+.
